I was pleasently surprised with this hotel. Though it does look pretty from the outside it seemed to not be busy so i was hesitant on the service. The staff was wonderful and accomodating and the hotel was very quite which was great because I stayed there for 2 nights between flight changes. The rooms were clean and I had the luxury of getting a jacuzzi suite which was sensational and relaxing. The restaurant staff were not exactly on their toes but the food was very good. Outstanding from start to finish. Colleen, the coordinator, made us feel so comfortable and confident in our choices when we met with her. The day of the party, we arrived to find every detail taken care of exactly to our request. The staff of servers were extremely friendly and professional, identifying all of our needs and making us and all of our guests feel special.
