Angela breaks down movement into very specific details so that you can understand where the movement is coming from. She is also very aware of how to help you avoid injury. This is the best place in Calgary to take dance classes. Their space is well maintained, clean, big and their teachers are so amazing. They make dancing so much fun whether youre 3 or 93 and there are so many fun classes to choose from. Their rates are fair and they even let you make up a class if you miss one. The childrens dance programs are wonderful - they keep it fun while making sure technique is learned. The adult dance classes range from ballet and West African to ballroom and drumming! Read more
